Hi y'all

Parallel to the action in the America's Cup, the most beautiful yachts are also battling out in Bermudian waters.

6 J-class yachts, including Velsheda and Ranger, 2 legendary yachts,  are present amongst other great sailboats.

Follow the action and see lovely views by the likes of famed photographer Gilles Martin-Raget at :

PS: the official AC35 resumes on Saturday 17 June with Oracle Team USA taking on challenger Emirates Team New Zealand. The action starts at 2pm local time, 1pm EDT.

PS2: Ranger is actually a replica of the original. She was built in the early 2000s after the original plans and design, with some adjustments to fit the current safety regulations. The original boat had been abandoned and scrapped during WWII.

PS3: Velsheda is the original boat, revived in the 80s from the wreckage she had become after laying in a mud berth on the river Humble for 40+ years. She was rescued a 2nd time in the late 90s, and extensively rebuilt to take part in the maxi yachts racing events.
